'Borda' cuisine

The bordas are an integral part of the landscape throughout the Pyrenees. They are buildings generally used to shelter livestock or store agricultural products, but they are also an important artistic and human heritage of the mountain landscape. 

In Andorra, many of them have been restored and now house restaurants that preserve and celebrate the cuisine of the country. In this round table, we will talk about their evolution and their role in preserving traditional cuisine.
