Andorra Taste day by day
Chefs such as Oriol Castro (Disfrutar), Nacho Manzano (Casa Marcial), Francis Paniego (El Portal), Ana Ros (Hiša Franko) and Rodolfo Guzmán (Boragó) share knowledge, recipes and ideas in Andorra, "a country with potential to develop into a gastronomy benchmark".
The Laguiole genius picked up the Andorra Taste Award on Thursday, the first award at the first International High-Mountain Cuisine Congress, running in the country of the Pyrenees until Sunday.
After the opening ceremony, Andorra Taste moved on to a talk by Óscar García from Baluarte (Soria), and a round table about the singularity of Andorra's produce.
