Andorra Taste closed its fourth edition by asserting itself as the world's largest high-mountain cuisine
forum and demonstrating the power of gastronomy to connect people from different countries and places.
Across the three presentation sessions, chefs from different countries united in emphasizing the importance
of caring for the land and reclaiming the terroir as the only way to save small producers.
They also emphasized, with examples of their recipes and those of their restaurants, that magic can be
achieved with any mountain product.
