Andorra Taste Award
The Catalan chef is a benchmark in the preservation of popular recipes through innovation and creativity.
In previous editions, the Andorra Taste Award has gone to two internationally renowned chefs: the Frenchman Michel Bras, who pioneered vegetable cuisine in the world long before it became fashionable, and Gastón Acurio, who revalued traditional Peruvian cuisine and made it known throughout the world. On this occasion, Andorra Taste will reward the professional career of the chef Carme Ruscalleda.
