The Moments. The menu of menus

This year, the Moments restaurant celebrates 15 years of gastronomy in Barcelona, and we will review its evolution with the chef Raül Balam.

Balam will show us the menu they have prepared to commemorate the thematic menus that were launched in 2016, in which they prepare the dishes around a theme. Some of these menus were: Ecosystems, Wonders of the World, Opera, The Seventh Art... In total, more than 130 dishes have gone through Moments in the creation of eleven themed menus. 

In this retrospective of the history of Moments, Raül Balam explains the philosophy of his cuisine and where it is heading.
