From Urdániz to Taiwan: challenges and triumphs of starting in a village and conquering the world
Yárnoz will tell us about the advantages and challenges of starting in a small village like Urdániz, with barely 50 inhabitants, which already had a steakhouse before opening El Molino.
He will also talk about the evolution of the project and how they managed to have a replica in Taiwan. He will share his experience of managing restaurants more than 10,000 kilometres away and how he manages to maintain the coherence of the discourse and the quality of his cuisine.
