Trained in hotel management and administration, specialising as a chef.
He began working with the great classics of traditional Catalan gastronomy before moving on to restaurants with a more modern cuisine.
In 2003 he began his career in Andorra with the gastronomic restaurant San Marco. From 2008 to 2010, he had a first stage in the Andorra Park Hotel as chef of the gastronomic restaurant. After a three-year break in Galicia as executive chef at Carrís Hotels, he returned to Andorra in 2013 to continue the gastronomic project at the Andorra Park Hotel.
