Jordi Puy
Co-owner of Les Pardines 1819 Mountain Suites & SPA (Encamp, Andorra)

An entrepreneur who is nevertheless aware of the value of territory, Jordi Puy has created a project which combines both these passions.
Born in Andorra, his professional career started off with journalism and law, and he worked as a journalist at Diari de Andorra and TV3, and also as a lawyer in a firm in Barcelona and solo in Andorra. He then worked as a lawyer for the "Consell General" (Andorra's Parliament), and was Secretary General in the Andorra La Vella district.
He shared his professional career with his family's agriculture and livestock business, focusing on the production of potatoes and tobacco and herds of sheep, cows and horses in Les Pardines.
In 2015, at the behest of his brother Josep Maria Puy, they began work on the rebirth of Les Pardines 1819 as a small boutique hotel with a gastronomy restaurant, and the project emerged in December 2020.
