Oriol Balaguer invites you to join him on a journey where the region, its landscape and produce inspire the creation of patisserie with a unique identity.

A demonstration will explore how to translate the essence of the Pyrenees into the world of sweets, using flavours, aromas and textures linked to the mountains as a starting point. Local produce and regional ingredients will take centre stage in creations that draw on tradition while offering new interpretations.

Through his creative vision, Balaguer will present a vision of contemporary patisserie that is precise and respectful of ingredients, where technique and creativity serve flavour rather than the other way around.
