Xavier Vendrell

Born in Barcelona, he has been closely involved in the restaurant business since childhood. After studying at the Barcelona School of Hospitality and Catering, he worked in the family business until 2003, learning from his parents along the way.

In 2003, he set up his own businesses in Barcelona, Sant Cugat del Vallès and Camprodon, before finally moving to Andorra, where he currently runs Borda Xicoies with his wife, Maria.
