Albert Díez began his career in cooking at the age of 18 after completing his training at the Girona School of Hospitality and Tourism. After completing his studies, he continued to learn from renowned chefs such as Juan Mari Arzak.
After spending time in London, the United States and Sweden, he returned to Catalonia to join Coure Barcelona, chef Albert Ventura's project. Ventura later entrusted him with running Coure Andorra.
