Eli Nolla

Eli Nolla (born in Cerdanyola in 1990) began studying psychology at the UAB. However, in her fourth year, she decided to change direction and pursue a career in cooking. She trained at the Hofmann School, completing her studies in 2015 with an internship at El Celler de Can Roca. Following this internship, she joined the restaurant's team, working in various departments before becoming head chef.

In 2021, she took over the management of Normal, the Roca brothers' restaurant in Girona, where she now serves as director and head chef.
